Our services are payable in three installments:

• 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking & signing of contract.
• 50% of outstanding balance due 30 days prior to the event.
• Remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event.

• Locating, contracting the perfect location.
• Source, confirm contracts and manage event timing with vendors.
• Stationary/Invitation management, including: save the date cards, special notes, letters, programs, menus, invitation selection, mailings and RSVP management.
• Hotel coordination, including: sourcing hotel, room blocks, transportation for guests and wedding party to and from airport and to and from wedding site.
• Producing a comprehensive timeline for vendors and wedding party.
• Menu selection and catering concessions.
• Specialized checklist for bride and groom.
• Provide referrals for Gowns, Tuxedoes, hair, make-up or any custom needs
• Budget management.
• Creative design and suggestion.
• Orchestrate rehearsal and organize wedding party.
• Wedding Ceremony coordination and logistics.
• Manage event timing with wedding party and family and provide mediation as necessary.
• Confirm vendors contracts and timeline.
• Distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors for you.
• Assist with pre and post ceremony pictures.
• Organize Wedding Party for reception introductions by MC.
• Manage reception timeline.
• Allow you to be a guest at your wedding.
